My journey began with a simple passion for baking and a desire to share the rich, tangy flavor of authentic sourdough bread with our community.

What began as a hobby quickly turned into a mission to create the perfect loaf, one that balances a chewy texture with a crisp crust and a complex, tangy flavor. I believe that great bread starts with great ingredients and a careful, loving process.

The Difference

What sets sourdough apart is it’s unique fermentation process. Using a rye-blend starter that is nurtured and maintained with care, to create a bread that is not only delicious but also easier to digest. The traditional slow fermentation process allows the natural flavors to develop fully, giving the bread its distinctive taste and texture.
